| The bottom diameter of the bracket is 2 to 1/2 inches (inner diameter), so that it can be slid in the range of 2-3/8 inches; the tenon regardless of the shape of the rod. The outer diameter of each arm is 2-3/8 inches, and any light fixture with a 2-3/8 inch standard sliding bracket can be mounted on it. If you require the bottom to fit a 2-7/8 inch or 4 inch mortise, please contact our sales engineer so that we can provide you with a customized bracket quote.
