TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

1. Package: Laisuo standard packages. Customer's specially designed packages will be charged separately.

2. Price Term:  Unit price in US$; EX works. No freight or tax included. FOB prices will be calculated separately.

3. Payment Term: Wire transfer; 30% deposit and remaining 70% before shipment.

4. Lead Time: Typical lead times are 30 days based on factory manufacturing conditions.  Specific lead times can be checked and committed to at time when customer's PO will be executed.

5. Prices are valid for 30 days dated from quotation; prices apply only to the specific MOQ shown respectively.  Any variation in quantity or requested delivery may result in prices changes.

6. Exchange rate: based on 1USD=6.9RMB; prices will be adjusted if the rate change is greater than 2%.
